Caddychicks provides an online marketplace connecting golfers with independent golf caddies. We do not employ caddies directly; they are independent service providers who use our platform to offer their services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
When a golfer books a caddy through Caddychicks, a binding agreement is formed between the golfer and caddy for the services described. Caddychicks processes payments on behalf of caddies and collects a platform fee. All rates are clearly displayed before booking. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Our cancellation policy governs refunds and fees for cancelled bookings. Please review our full cancellation policy before booking. Caddychicks reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances and will provide a full refund in such cases.
You agree to use Caddychicks only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not use the platform to harass, harm, or discriminate against any user, post false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform.
Users may submit reviews and other content on the platform. By submitting content, you grant Caddychicks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
Caddychicks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services provided by independent caddies. Our total liability in any matter related to the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Caddychicks in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
